Equipped with an electric awning with LED lighting, a BOSE Bluetooth speaker, comfy sheets and blankets, games, books, a firepit, Adirondack chairs, foldout picnic table, a picnic basket, towels, heat, and air conditioning, you will have everything you need to hideout in comfort. Not uncommon to wake up to deer right outside your door and to hear the coyotes at night, we recommend grabbing a cup of coffee (or glass of wine) and listening to the birds and sounds of nature as you wish.
